Overview:

We are seeking a highly connected, strategic leader to drive our partnerships and industry engagement efforts. As the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will work directly with the CEO to expand Total Life’s network by leveraging your existing relationships within the healthcare industry—including doctors, ACOs, healthcare organizations, senior care networks, and industry associations.

This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong industry relationships, and a proven track record of driving impactful partnerships. You will represent Total Life at key conferences, establish new strategic alliances, and position the company as a leader in preventive telehealth solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Existing Industry Relationships: Utilize your network of doctors, ACOs, payers, health systems, senior care organizations, and digital health leaders to forge valuable partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Conference & Event Strategy: Identify, assess, and secure speaking opportunities and sponsorships at top healthcare and digital health conferences. Represent Total Life at industry events to build strategic connections.
  • Executive-Level Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, medical directors, healthcare innovators, and key industry stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate high-value collaborations with organizations aligned with Total Life’s mission, including hospital systems, provider networks, Medicare Advantage plans, and telehealth partners.
  • Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning: Work closely with the CEO to secure panel discussions, keynote slots, and media opportunities that enhance Total Life’s presence in the healthcare industry.
  • Strategic Outreach & Deal Execution: Develop targeted outreach strategies and drive partnership negotiations to successful execution.
  • Pipeline & Relationship Management: Maintain an organized, data-driven approach to tracking partnership conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
  • Market Expansion & Innovation: Identify emerging trends and business opportunities that will position Total Life at the forefront of preventive telehealth and senior mental health solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or healthcare industry relations, specifically with ACO networks, healthcare providers, or payers.
  • Industry Connections: Existing relationships with healthcare executives, ACO leaders, doctors, or senior care organizations that can be leveraged for partnerships.
  • Healthcare Expertise: Deep understanding of the telehealth, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, and senior care landscapes.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to drive partnership deals from initial outreach to execution, with strong negotiation and contract experience.
  • Executive Presence & Communication: Ability to engage and influence high-level stakeholders in person, at conferences, and in virtual meetings.
  • Conference & Event Strategy: Experience securing speaking opportunities and leveraging industry events to build brand visibility and partnerships.
  • Strategic Thinking & Initiative: A proactive leader with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities independently.
  • Tech & Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, healthcare analytics platforms, AI tools, and business applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
