About You
You are someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. You are passionate about promoting a positive work environment and building a collaborative team culture that fosters growth, learning, and excellence. As the Credentialing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Clinical Operations to help supervise and manage therapists, ensuring that all clinical services are provided in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the highest level of quality and care. This is an in-person position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the credentialing and insurance enrollment process of therapists
  • Spreadsheet maintenance, license, degree and insurance product data query in contract and credentialing
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of therapist files, ensuring that essential documents are kept up-to-date and securely filed
  • Remain informed regarding CMS requirements, clinical resources, and ethical codes
  • Present additions for the platform (ex. Clinical scales/assessments, technical improvements, etc.)
  • Serve as a central point of contact for therapists and the care coordinators, offering assistance, answering queries, and facilitating coordination

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., administration, business management, healthcare)
  • Background in administration and/or insurance is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in the delivery of therapy services
